As a developer or project manager, one of the most important things is to have effective communication. Being able to communicate with your team is vital in your project being successful. When there is a lot at stake, all persons involved need to be well communicated with. If you can't properly communicate with others it could result in your project not being properly delivered. Effective communication is also important for presenting information to potential investors, stakeholders or your team.

Every course I have taken in the MLPD program required us to work in groups as team members for a specific project. I've learned that clear communication is key for our group to be efficient and complete assignments in a timely manner. Presenting information in front of other people has always been a struggle for me, but throughout my time in the MLPD program and the multiple presentations I've done, I've been able to build the confidence I need convey the information properly.
