Practice the skills necessary to acquire, apply, analyze, evaluate, create, organize, re-organize and re-vision based upon new knowledge as part of a process of lifelong learning.
Real estate is always changing and with new projects, comes unique situations you must adapt to. Research is the study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions. Through research we are able to understand the scope of a project and may include going back to the drawing board to find new ideas and concepts not previously used.

Through assignments and projects completed in MLPD, we've had to do extensive research on topics and come up with a conceptual plan based off what we've learned. From due diligence to site and market analysis, research and re-visioning is an important aspect we utilize in our work.

For my LDEV 687 course, my group completed an investigation and analysis of the site plan and supporting documents for the Tarpon Pointe Marina development assessing its feasibility.
